Kristina Lecomte

Hi, My name is Kristina! I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with experience in addictions, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment, self-esteem, mental health and addiction. 

I have years of experience in helping others as well as creating my own dream life. I have provided support and counselling to youth and families for over 5 years and want to expand my career into helping as many people as I can. 

I work in a clinical setting and utilize multiple modalities and frameworks to provide each client with a treatment plan that is tailored to them. I specialize in CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Care and EFT.
