Holly Zacharias
About Holly
Holly is a therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, complex family systems, and addictions. Her work is grounded in authenticity, connection, and trauma-informed practice, with a deep respect for each client’s story.
She draws primarily on Narrative Therapy and Emotion-Focused approaches, helping clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and cultivate resilience.
Holly completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2011 and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. This ongoing training continues to deepen her practice and expand the tools she brings to her clients.
She believes that healing grows from humor, compassion, and genuine human connection. Holly’s goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, rediscover strengths, and build personal agency in their lives.
